- Once the order is placed, if the trip is cancelled for any reason, a 20% handling and administrative fee will be charged if the cancellation is made seven days before the start of the activity, a 30% handling and administrative fee will be charged if the cancellation is made three days before the start of the activity, and a 50% handling and administrative fee will be charged if the cancellation is made two days before the start of the activity. No refund will be given if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the start of the activity.

- Departure point is limited to Kaohsiung area. If the departure point is a more remote area of Kaohsiung (formerly part of Kaohsiung County), an additional fee will apply.

- The half-day tour includes 4 hours of transportation; The half-day tour uses a vehicle for 4 hours. Any overtime is charged as 1 hour for every 15 minutes thereafter, with an overtime fee of 500 yuan per hour.
