【First Stop】 Gather

Kaohsiung MRT Formosa Boulevard Station Exit 2

【Second Stop】 Ten Drum Cultural and Creative Park (1hr30min)

The factory was formerly known as the "Cheluqian Sugar Factory," established in 1909 by the Japanese-owned "Taiwan Sugar Corporation," and began production in 1910. In November 1945, it was supervised by the Nationalist Government's Resources Commission and taken over the factory the following year. In September 2004, it was taken over by the Tainan District Office, and some of the factory's warehouses were leased to Ten Drum Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd. In 2005, Ten Drum took over and redeveloped the factory, revitalizing the idle space. Under the meticulous planning of internationally renowned designer Mr. Yeh Shih-Tsung, the factory incorporated Ten Drum's unique Taiwanese drumming style, creating a themed cultural and creative park for drumming art. This not only allows industrial heritage and Taiwanese drumming to continue to flourish, but also transforms the abandoned sugar factory into a cultural and creative and extreme sports venue.

【Third Stop】 Clgu Salt Mountain (1hr)

Qigu Saltworks was once Taiwan's largest salt-producing area. However, with the changing times, it lost its economic value and was transformed into a tourism industry. The snow-white peaks standing on the coast are a well-known landmark in Qigu. The recent salt sculpture events are always bustling with people. Before the events, a layer of fresh salt is laid on the weathered salt mountains to make them even whiter after being exposed to the wind and sun. Against the backdrop of the white salt mountains, the sky displays a beautiful turquoise blue.

【Fourth Stop】 Jingzijiao Wapan Sait Fields (40min)

It is the first salt field in Beimen and the oldest existing tiled salt field site. Due to high labor costs, the salt production, which had lasted for 338 years, ended in 2002, leading to a period of abandonment. Later, to preserve the salt culture, the salt field was restored and has now become one of the most distinctive attractions on the Tainan coast. Every day, the sunset shines on the tiled salt fields, reflecting the beautiful colors of the sky. Combined with the boundless skyline and clouds of Beimen Lagoon, it attracts a constant stream of tourists. It not only restores the residents' memories of life but also becomes a place for tourists to experience the fun of salt production, picking, and harvesting. The sunset at Jingzaijiao Salt Field has a different look every day, making it a must-see attraction when visiting the Tainan coast.

【Fifth Stop】 Dadong Night Market (1hr)

Dadong Night Market brings together international cuisine and is one of the three most representative night markets in Tainan. There's even a saying among locals, "Da Da Wu Hua Da Wu Hua," which is a catchy phrase about the opening dates of the three night markets, demonstrating their popularity among locals.
